Welcome to the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation’s online portal to receive the innovations in water and sanitation sectors. The objective of the page is to assist applicant to fill up the details of his innovation in the online portal. There are five forms and a Matrix that need to be filled up by the applicant. These forms have to be filled up in series so as to go to the next form. A brief detail of each of the forms is given below:-

Form I: General Details of technology – Information to ten general queries viz. type (Water or sanitation) name of technology, company name, email id name of the applicant etc. are to be filled in this form.

Form II: Technical Details of technology – Information to seven technical queries viz. technology brief, compliance to relevant standards, patents, pre-treatment and effluent disposal are to be filled in this form.

Form III: Commercial Details: Information to seven commercial aspects of the technology cost, warranty, service facility, customer redressal etc are to be filled in this form.

Form IV: Information on different plant sizes is required to be furnished. On selecting the sizes, the ASSURED matrix format opens under seven heads viz. Affordability, Scalability, Sustainability, Universality, Rapid, Excellence and Distinctive. They have to be filled up for each plant capacity for e.g if there are two plant capacities; they have to be filled twice.

Form V: This form is an undertaking on the correctness of the information filled by the applicant.
