How to apply Step-1: Register as new applicant. Step-2: Fill up the form for registration. Step-3: Create User ID and Password and press the submit button. Step-4: Login with User ID and password. Step-5: Fill up the application form for empanelment of sector experts for the category interested to apply and all other information along with documents as directed in application form i.e. (a) PPO in case of retired Government officers. (b) In case of freelancer applicant 10th class Certificate, Highest education qualification certificate, work experience and recommendation certificate from the organization currently working or worked is required to be uploaded.
